In these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register an Account and use the rp6666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. rp6666 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming participation is not prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you confirm that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of rp6666 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the rp6666 Platform that was previously suspended, restricted, or closed for any breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Member may hold only one (1) active Account on the rp6666 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. rp6666 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rp6666 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. rp6666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you.

rp6666 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

All transactions on the rp6666 Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at rp6666's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to your rp6666 Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor, typically within minutes. rp6666 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which rp6666 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window.

All funds deposited into your rp6666 Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. rp6666 reserves the right to return funds and close an Account where this condition is not met.

• VIP programme benefits, including cashback rebates of up to 1.2% weekly and elevated withdrawal limits, are subject to the VIP Programme terms applicable to the Member's current tier.
• rp6666 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds and benefits at any time, subject to reasonable notice to affected Members.

All content on the rp6666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of rp6666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

rp6666 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the Platform; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other server; or systematically download and store Platform content.

The rp6666 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are registered trademarks of rp6666. Unauthorized use of any rp6666 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rp6666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond rp6666's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data by a third party.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content displayed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rp6666 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

rp6666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. Where an Account is closed by rp6666 for breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance may be forfeited at rp6666's discretion, and rp6666 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses caused by the Member's conduct.

rp6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rp6666 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the rp6666 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which rp6666 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as determined by rp6666.
